Oh, so beautiful. I love the softened elegance t the piece, and the expression you manage to convey just in her pose.

Thank you! I love drawing these characters. They're two of my favorite muses ever. ♥

There's a whole story in this painting; I really love the textures here.

I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to read into it like that because I actually had the story flying about in my head, but I didn't know how I could draw it out. I'm very pleased that you can see that. ♥ Textures are my friends. :)

I like how gritty this is and yet so light in places. Very nice.

Thank you. :)

I love the colors and the texture. And how desaturated (I guess? I'm grasping for words here) this picture is. So beautiful. ♥ I would love to know the story behind this.

There's a small story I've been writing out for a while... in my head. But I'm aiming to push out a small webcomic for them, a one-shot at least, sometime before New Year's. I'm not sure if you've seen the Love Story issue where I first drew them (http://ib-archive.livejournal.com/4252.html)?

Aah!! That's so pretty! 8D Also, is that them in your icon? So pretty!

8D Now I'm going to stalk your art ahaha.

[identity profile] inshore.livejournal.com 2007-12-04 03:30 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, that's them in my icon! A while back in October when I was hitting a slump and was heavy with illness, my dear friend, [livejournal.com profile] tookumade posted something that she had been plannig for a while with [livejournal.com profile] bunnywink.

The full photoshoot can be viewed at this post (http://inshore.livejournal.com/102692.html#cutid2). I was SO happy to see them the first time.

You can stalk me but uh... I don't actually draw that often to be that fun to stalk. :(

OMG that's amazing!! 8D

): I know. Uhh I just went through your whole gallery. 8D It's okay though because your art is Gorgeous, with a capital G.

You already got through my art? (DeviantART or art site?) Wow, you sure work fast. XD; I feel a little embarrassed. Thank you so much for the compliments.

[identity profile] theillusionist.livejournal.com 2007-12-04 03:37 am (UTC)(link)
I went through your art site. I didn't know you had a dA!?!?! Now that you mention it you have to link me so I can watch you. 8D

(: Also, don't mention it. Good artists are sorely in need of compliments.

My dA's Sashiya. But I actually have more stuff up on my art site than on my dA! XD;

Consider my ego inflated! @_@

I just wanted to say that I've set up a LJ community for art at [livejournal.com profile] manslaughtered. I have a feeling I'll update that more often than my dA or LJ. :)

♥ ♥ ♥ :D

Oh, very pretty. I adore the style you used for this, the blurring lines, and faded, sepia feel to the whole piece. It's really excellent, so otherworldly and evocative.

so so beautiful. i love all the detail in this picture, it certainly made me look twice!
