Loved the tone and feel of this entire piece! The pace was wonderful, the characters were lovely, and you had some wonderful lines in there!

and the house had remarkably poor aim when it was flinging cutlery.

That line had me snorting into my juicebox (heh-heh, I feel like I'm five when I drink them). Loved this!
